Setting up an email to callers or clients is
easy. From within the OA or OC,
you can use your favorite HTML Editor (like Front Page or Dreamweaver).
To include any fields from the call just put the field name in your HTML Email.
At the end of each call or when the OE sends the report or export
DLS will complete your email with the specific data of that call or transmission,
thus callers and clients get professional communications from your call center.
